Description

A small complex of villas on the shore of a sandy bay in the western part of Crete, a 10-minute drive from the historic city of Chania.

In a two-level villa:

6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms
2 spacious living rooms with fireplaces and exits to the verandas overlooking the bay
2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms
Bedrooms: four for double beds, two bedrooms - two single beds. All beds - with new luxury mattresses.

The villa has a large swimming pool with a children's section and an outdoor seating area: a solarium with new wooden sun loungers,
2 dining tables on the terraces. The beach is only 50 meters along the path.
It is possible to rent an additional studio (completely isolated, with a bedroom, a living room with a small kitchen and a separate bathroom).

There is a tavern and cafeteria on the territory of the complex.
In walking distance: 2 more taverns and 1 restaurant, another sandy beach.
