The ski slopes of Ruka is rightly considered one of the most professional in Finland. It is at Ruka Ski Resort hosts international competitions, as well as trained athletes. The resort also hand is the official training center for freestyle skiing in Finland. With powerful snow cannons Ruka ski slopes are in excellent condition from October to early May. The resort is interesting by the presence of the road, where the snow cover is maintained until the end of June.
A total of 28 slopes of the resort, 24 of which are illuminated. On the slopes there are 18 lifts of various types.
